Kids' Night at the Miami Children's Museum: "Explore MiChiMu at night! Campers will enjoy a night at the Museum as they discover Mexican culture through art, cinema and a hands-on, interactive culinary experience! The evening includes after hours access to the Museum, dinner, educational programming and hands-on interactive activities." For more information, click here

Sushi & Summer Stroll at Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden: "Take a self-guided tour through the gardens at sunset. Experience performances by South Florida’s original taiko drumming group, Fushu Daiko(6:30pm, 7:15pm and 8:00pm) All performances will be sold on a first come, first served basis starting at 5:30pm. Enjoy premium Japanese sake & ice cold beer. Taste Pan-Asian cuisine from the Cornell Café and visiting food trucks. Explore the 6 distinct Japanese inspired gardens. Play bean bag toss or giant Jenga at Sunset Square. Shop at our Museum Store for perfect one-of-a-kind Pan-Asian inspired items." Back-to-School Event at the Shops at Sunset Place: "Celebrate the new school year with interactive entertainment, face painting & free food.The Florida Heiken’s Children Vision Program, as part of the Lighthouse for the Blind, will be giving free eye exams and glasses when prescribed to public school children from Pre-K to 12th grade." Dania After Dark: Free Street Festival: "A monthly festival, set to take place on the streets of Broward's first city! Each installment of Dania After Dark will feature live music from local bands and musicians, in a variety of musical styles. Merchant pop-up shops will line the street, where guests can choose to shop small with local makers, artisans, designers, and brands. Inspired by Dania's retro charm, vintage dealers will also be highlighted. Guests will shop vintage clothing & accessories, retro bric-a-brac, home goods, jewelry and other treasures. With a heavy focus on arts and culture, Dania After Dark seeks to provide a visual and hands on experience for all event-goers. Live art, performances, exhibitions, and DIY activities will be programmed for each event occurence. In addition to shopping and music, attendees can look forward to dining al fresco with top South Florida food trucks, food stands, and a pop-up bar with signature cocktail specials.
